BSCTA workshops are not designed as ‘how to do’ events.

They are aimed at stimulating your creative juices, to get you to consider innovative ways to motivate your swimmers to become better swimmers, within a recognised exercise framework.

 

This 4 hour workshop is led by three men who are at the forefront of their professions, who will take you through the movements associated with the different Starts & Turns in Swimming, how to analyse what is being done, recognise strengths & weaknesses and associated training ideas.

 

Price: £30 BSCTA members;

£35 (non-BSCTA members)
