Following a meeting of members & non-members at Sheffield Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, during the GB National Championships, the BSCTA are looking for members to forward their views to the Executive upon its future direction.

A number of issues have been raised as to the range of services provided by this organisation:

• Insurance or no insurance
• Representation for employment & tribunals or not
• Provide education services or not
• Be a debating society or a constructive force within the sport

This is but a snapshot of the views expressed, and the Association is keen to hear more; but there was a strong desire for there to be a BRITISH SWIMMING COACHES & TEACHERS ASSOCIATION which represents the views of British Coaches with the Swimming Authorities.
